Welcome to Retreat On The Square, located on the beautiful square in downtown Enid, Oklahoma, at 105 N. Grand. Enjoy the charm of the Garfield County courthouse grounds and gardens right across the street, and the convenience of having seven restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options including Mexican, Italian, pub-style dining, steakhouse, and hamburgers.

Our Rates

Standard Package: $191.00 per guest for a 3-night stay (Thursday – Saturday with check-out by noon on Sunday)

Additional Nights: $40.00 per night per guest

Day Rate: $55 Each for up to 5 guest and $10 additional per guest over 5 up to 14. (Day Rate Does Not Include Stay, Quilting and crafting from 9AM – 5 PM)

Facility Amenities

Work Area: Accommodates up to 14 guests, each with a 6 foot workspace and individual lighting.

Felt Boards: 5 large felt boards for displaying work in progress.

Separate Cutting and Ironing Room: Includes an AccuQuilt cutting area.

Kitchen Area: Ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, Electric tea kettle, Seating for 12 guests, 2 refrigerators, Crock pot, Insta pot, Dishes and cutlery, Pots and pans.

Bathrooms: 2 1/2 newly remodeled large bathrooms with showers.

Bedrooms: Single, double, or triple occupancy with garment hanging areas, luggage racks, or shelving.

Other: Fans available for extra cooling alongside central air and heat.

Common Area: Large space for relaxing, reading, or gathering with fellow guests.

Policies

Minimum and Maximum Guests: A minimum of 7 guests are required and a maximum of 14 guests are allowed.

Deposit: A $250.00 deposit is required at the time of booking for multi-day events. Single use days are due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation notice is received 60 days prior to your stay, $200.00 of the deposit will be refunded. All the deposit is forfeited if notice of cancellation in received after the 30 days.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in begins on Thursday, and check-out is by noon on Sunday.

Additional Information

For your convenience, you can unload supplies at the back door of the facility using carts provided to reduce the number of trips to and from your vehicle. Parking is available around the facility, including at the rear and side of the building, as well as along the street.
